V.P. Commercial & Industrial Relationship Manager, Commercial Bank ~ Manage and grow a middle market portfolio through expanding existing clientele product base and bringing in prospects. Products offered and sold: Credit facilities, interest rate derivatives, FX facilities, L/C’s, bonds, cash management, and merchant services. Credit facilities include LOC’s, leases, term loans, owner occupied CRE, income producing CRE, CRE construction loans, asset based loans, and guidance facilities. Revenue size of clients was $10MM to $75MM, with exceptions up to $250MM. Aggregate exposure limits of $35MM. Portfolio size: $45MM credit facilities, $25MM depository. Primary industry concentration: Contractors. Responsibilities included business risk evaluation, financial report gathering, spreading, and analysis, credit facility structuring and monitoring, approving and processing credit facility draws, real estate monitoring and valuation, client retention and acquisition, and financial advisement. Other responsibilities: loan workouts and restructuring.

Underwrite with credit authority commercial loans. Credit size to $2 million with company size up to $15 million in sales. Primary objective: to analyze the financial health of a company, assess the level of risk, and then make the appropriate credit decision. Facilities underwritten include CRE, SWAPs, term loans, leases, LOC’s, L/C’s, FX settlement limits, and cash management services. Companies comprise of all industries. Entity types include corporations, limited liabilities, partnerships, non-profits, public, sole-proprietorships, and trusts. Workouts and restructuring of portfolio loans was also a fundamental part of the duties.

Primary responsibilities: generate new sales with existing clients, expanded clientele base, and managed the accounts. Clientele: industry-wide I.T. departments. Contacts: CIO’s, CTO’s, CFO’s, IT Directors, IT Managers. Worked with multi-million dollar accounts. Responsible for negotiating price, budgeting for the project, and managing entire project life cycle. Management included: hiring/firing, employee tasking and counseling, internal managing of RHI Consulting’s network services division, reviews, and goal setting.

Opened and operated the Vancouver, WA branch. In charge of setting up all third party lending services, selling of mortgages, title and escrow company relationships and network marketing. Grew branch to five employees.
