A good music conductor keeps a solid rhythm, knows what notes need to be played, and plans the practice and performance. In addition to these skills, a great conductor is marked with an attuned ear and adaptability under pressure. During the performances, the great conductor is not just going through the motions, checking off boxes in the plan. Rather, they are constantly discerning the balance among the voices, and wisely adjusting to produce the right blend and sound. It's human nature to want to fix things. It's a whole other ballgame to be actively "with" people while the restoration process occurs. Ever since a young age, I've had the passion of coming alongside and serving others, to be the conductor that is actively engaged in the success of my teammates and clients. I'm thankful that I'm able to have this dynamic in my day-to-day work.I'm a Management Consultant that thrives on ambiguity and the opportunity to restore and enhance business processes for my customers. I have experience with proven success in leading implementation workstreams, fostering transformational change within large-scale organizations, and assessing change impacts across various stakeholder groups.Outside of work, I serve with the Pastoral Care Team at my local church. Having the opportunity to love and serve others as Jesus first loved me has been a true joy and blessing (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). As was mentioned earlier, music has been a joy in my life.
