As the Director of Business Development at McDermott Top Shop, LLC. my role, is to focus on strategic business development and sales, leveraging my extensive experience to drive growth and expand our market presence. Previously, I served as the General Manager of Sales Operations, (Countertop Division) at Halquist Stone from November 2008 to March 2020. A fourth generation, 300 employee company. In this role, I managed sales operations and contributed to the company's growth for over 11 years.In addition to my current role, I'm also the Owner/Member of Madsen Construction, LLC operating since January 1996. Over the past 28 years, I've been involved in general contracting, and construction projects, between Milwaukee and Jupiter, Florida. I specialize in spec home building.I also help manage Madsen Cabinetry and Design Inc; a cabinet company my wife and I have operated since February 1992. This venture specializes in high-end cabinetry design, and we built a reputation for quality and craftsmanship in both Jupiter, Florida, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A brick and mortar, multimillion dollar business that eventually, turned into remodeling centers with multiple locations in Florida.
