I am a property law expert and a practical, organised and efficient conveyancer. I am a partner in the law firm Berry & Lamberts Solicitors, head of the Property Department, and I am on the firm’s Management Board. Conveyancing services vary tremendously from firm to firm. The approach I have developed with my team is to provide a dependable, efficient and professional service, but in a friendly, practical and approachable way. I led the department in obtaining the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation in 2011 when the scheme was introduced and we have maintained our accreditation since then.
