Created travel demand modeling enhancements including Multi-Point Assignment (MPA), integrated emissions calculator, and automated LOS analysis. Developed and supported traffic analysis tools of NCAP, NCAP Manager, TGAP, and LPlate. NCAP and NCAP Manager included multiple methods of intersection capacity analysis and facilitated large batch processing for EIS analyses. TGAP combined field data collection and analysis of directional arrival times and resulting gap availability. LPlate enabled origin-destination analysis including travel and dwell time. Developed or assisted with over 80 models in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, and Venezuela and many others through providing highly respected support services.
