Accepted the role as employee number 1 on the BMW Field team in 2016. Built relationships with the Southern Region senior management and went to work to help the major dealerships in the south. Emphasis areas were the 3 main markets and our Corporate partners (Sonic, Asbury, Group1, AutoNation, Penske and Hendrick Automotive).Within 15 months, we grew the team from just 1 in the South, to 11 nation wide. While I currently still oversee the Southern Region, my emphasis areas are North Georgia and the Carolinas.Main objectives are to improve dealerships digital presence. This involves, but not limited to Google advertising, Social (both organic and paid), website effectiveness, and lead management. Always looking at every aspect from the customers point of view first and how the action aligns with the dealerships goals and objectives.
