My activity is leading a team to develop a detail concept to deploy the new SAP4Hana environment to 354 sites in 40 countries, designed procedure based on preparation & delivery considering all company standards, analyses of activities & required roles, determining a rough RASIC for the Industrialized Roll-ins, defined clustering criteria & analysis to derive facts as input to build the most beneficial clusters, defined Scope of Data Migration for an industrialized deployment, rules for Historical data, Data Cleansing (retention) etc., methodology for an industrialized deployment & the requirements for necessary tools. Within the release of the new company ERP Template, we will be able to deploy the developed processes to all relevant unities; meaning that the Unity (Company, factory, plant etc.) will adhere the Template and not the other way around.Enabling a high volume of deployments in the shortest possible period, will require a methodology and organization model that increase drastically the efficiency of the implementation process.
