After my graduation in Management from the University of Lausanne, thanks to which I was finally able to realise what my area of interest in the working world was: the well-being and proper functioning of human resources.In the hope of testing my analytical approach in this context, I developed my thesis around the Job Demand-Resources Model, one of the most highly regarded models in the literature in this field, achieving the highest grade.Becoming part of the Great Place To Work Swiss team is the best career start I could wish for! It made me understand how important it is to consciously act on workplace culture and that workplace well-being, my beloved thesis subject, is a consequence of this. Good culture is good soil for people to grow.
