In my professional experience I have had the opportunity to work in all the positions that participate in the development process of a construction project. First as a designer, later as a project manager, supervisor, general contractor and lastly as an Investor.As COO of Apricot, I am responsible for the entire development process. From parcel acquisitions to after sales. I have been involved in all kinds of projects at different stages in a very dynamic market. I manage many areas of the company: technical, sales, legal, IT, marketing and facilities management.As General Manager of Construction for Acciona Poland working in Mostostal Warszawa. I was responsible for the Construction and Environment departments. In this position, we develop hundreds of projects of all kinds. These include Modlin and Szymany airports, the Czyzyny multifunctional building in Krakow, the Jordanki auditorium in Torun, concessions, stadiums, train stations, ports, waste treatment plants, shopping malls, offices, historic buildings, hotels, universities, industrial, logistics, parking, housing.Before that I worked at Ineco-Tifsa as a project designer focused on railway stations and airports. To mention the Barcelona-Sants station. A highly politicized project necessary for the arrival of the high-speed train to Barcelona. In this project I had the opportunity to deal with public clients and be responsible for negotiations with local authorities. As a professional it gave me the opportunity to coordinate a team of more than 20 professionals and several subcontractors responsible for all the different brands of the project.I like my job and I enjoy getting involved in the management of the company and the projects. I believe that the quality of a company is based on the quality of its professionals.My degree is in architecture, I am an Executive MBA from IESE and a master in Project Manager from San Pablo CEU.
