I worked at this company for 4 years. I worked in the assembly department building small products such as triggers and scope mounts. Using small hand tools to assemble them. I assisted our engraving team by running the engraving machine. This machine would laser all the marking on the products we were building. Transferred to customer service where I worked a year. Calling and emailing customer inquiries. Attended trade shows where I directly interacted with customers and assisted with running the company booth. Worked in the rifle assembly department as a cell leader. Worked to largely on the AR15 weapon system. Building everything from the small sub assemblies to putting together the final product. Part of my responsibilities were also to track the production in my section and make sure my guys were working towards the production goals set by my managers.
