I've been working in the Culinary Industry for six years, and in that time, I've developed my love for fast-paced environments, diverse team-working, and staying on top of budgets/deadlines. After completing Google's Project Management Certificate, I was genuinely interested in transitioning into project management. Navigating the changing landscape, I have recently landed an internship as an Assistant Project Management at one of Silicon Valley's well-respected Commercial Construction companies. While I've been successful in my role as a Sous Chef, I find the most rewarding aspects of my work to be in Project Management areas. I can strategize, plan, and think through situations to help the company achieve its goals.I have a solid foundation in Operations Management and Communication. I am a very motivated and organized person that always looks for ways to improve processes and teamwork, which are invaluable skills, and I plan to implement them in my future project management positions.
