I spent most of my life moving from one country to another, first thanks to my father's career and then in response to my career decisions. After nearly thirty years of challenging new beginnings and difficult endings, I realized that I had managed to create a unique and happy life in each of these countries with a deep sense of belonging that I have brought with me into my new experiences. Furthermore, I realized that even though I had to adapt to different cultures, habits and environments, I always remained faithful to my values, customs and passions. I learned to adapt humbly without ever losing sight of who I really am. Finally, I realized that I have been seeking and instilling the same beliefs and values in the companies and people I have worked with. I deeply believa that to excel both as an employee and as an entrepreneur you need to develop a very focused mindset and great self-confidence.. I believe that the feeling of belonging is essential to contribute and excel in a professional environment.
