Manager, Ride & Show Engineering

Supports and advises the Project Management on how best to achieve this goal, and keep leadership briefed on progress and issues.• Advises, coordinates, and accountable to leadership regarding the status and engineering quality of systems including areas of risk or potential future risks. • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
Engineer (Controls)
• Manage development, installation, test and adjustment of show and ride systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.• Oversee contractor’s mock-up, prototype, Factory and Site acceptance testing efforts to ensure results reflect the final installed system.• Establish quantitative requirements and specifications based on interpreting creative intent, employing Universal Specifications and Industry standards.• Produces scopes of work and manage progress from design through installation. • Reviews designs , documentation and software code from contractors ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and specifications. • Lead design and production reviews at vendor locations ensuring product quality, specification conformance, and schedule accuracy. • Develop and oversee projects schedules and budgetary demands. • Organize, lead and participate in multi-system specifications.
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
• Supervise, plan and execute all corrective, preventive and predictive electrical maintenance tasks for the Aggregates Plant, Primary Crushers and Drag lines at the Pennsuco facility, based on engineered maintenance programs in order to maximize equipment availability and runtime.• Oversee and maintain the electrical systems and communications as well as process instrumentation throughout the facility, to ensure reliable operation.• Ensure reliable operation of all electrical process machinery and systems, including motors, actuators, generators, drive systems, automation and control systems etc, through condition monitoring and implementation of maintenance programs.• Regular maintenance and inspection of all PLC and automation/control systems including the control devices of the plant equipment.• Evaluate and implement necessary system upgrades to electrical power and control infrastructure and process control, automation, and ensure continuous monitoring and control of all process equipment and achieve process, productivity and cost benefits.• Work closely with the Process Programmer to support the automation of the plant processes and to provide PLC programming support for plant upgrades and new projects.• Strengthen supply chain by selecting best of class products and fostering relationships with vendors, suppliers and service providers.• Acquire and allocate resources (internal and external parts, labor and tools) as required to support planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.• Maintain and promote strict adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.• Supervise employee performance through coaching, counseling, and communicating job expectations.• Train new employees as required and cross-train existing employees.• Implement preventive maintenance program.• Maintain a clear line of communication with plant management regarding all electrical issues and/or ideas.• Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment and systems
Automation System Engineer
