About Roberto Buffa

I'm a new media specialist, tv host and technology evangelist. I have over 20 years experience as a specialized journalist in the IT field. I've been writing for several important monthly publications in Italy, with a specific focus on hardware testing and methodologies. From 1997 till 2006 I've been author and host of T-Time, the first italian TV program talking tech 360°, aired on a nation wide free to air network called OdeonTV. I honed my on-stage/camera speaking skill, refined my spoken and written English by covering major events both in my country and abroad, having to deal with prominent personalities in the IT field. I established strong and successful reliationships with several large companies. I took care of interviews/round tables, reports from expos and product reviews.In november 2010 I created GameTime, the first tv show about videogames and gaming technologies to be broadcasted both on TV and web. It went on air on DTT (Oden and VERO) and sat (AXN and AXN Sci-FI).I transformed Gametime into a cross media project, merging TV, social and web. I also reported from many foreign events and trade expos like E3 in Los Angeles, Computex in Taipei and CeBIT in Hannover.
