As a Sr. Business Intelligence Manager, I established the BI framework, which included creating and developing Bi dashboards, custom BI reports, and assisted on data warehouse architecture. I was responsible for the successful integration of all data sources, including on-premise, cloud-based and third-party data platforms. I worked closely with the WM Digital/eCommerce, Commercial, Finance, Fleet and Routing teams to ensure that their data needs were met and that they had access to the appropriate resources. Lastly, I developed and managed a large analytics team, which was responsible for providing insights and recommendations across WM Sr. Leadership and teams. I led the development of a custom analytics platform using Power BI, which allowed the Digital/eCommerce, Commercial and Fleet and Routing teams to visualize and analyze the data in real-time. I was also responsible for the management of the analytics platform, including the development of new features and upgrades.

Expanded our Business Intelligence platform and technology utilizing Microsoft Power BI to bring greater data insight and presenting actionable accurate information to help the business and managers make informed business decisions. Utilized a centralized Microsoft SQL database, designed tables structures, views, store procedures, functions and SQL jobs used for data preparation and consolidate direct access to datasets from many internal sources from other SQL databases, Postgres, Oracle databases and various web sources. In addition, I collaborated in the design of the automated daily data preparation process from importing Google sheets and Excel documents. Designed our daily data differential data capture that updates the backend data models. Supported over 100+ internal users and teams as a self-serve Microsoft Power BI platform, Design and created with great data visualization over 25 BI apps, 165+ BI reports from 174+ user datasets, which self-refreshed daily with new data. These BI apps are interactive with rich analytics visuals that slices millions of records, reveling much needed factual insights.

Designed and implemented a customized Business Intelligence platform. Focused in deep analysis of International Trip Support and services as well as ARINCDirect filed Flight planning usage metrics. Designed the new platform for Trip Support named SSTS (Self Service Trip Support) which is the next generation of International Trip Support. This fully automated process driven by a B2B platform that enables ARINCDirect customers arrange services with vendors at airports. This new framework and platform managed by IMS.

Managed a dynamic portfolio of 21 onsite engineers with 2 team managers and 17 offshore engineers. The teams supported our International Trip Support - Flight Manager platform which included ITS, Regional Trip Support, Fuel services, FOS, Mobile solutions, Wilkens Weather and ERP Accounting. Utilized HCL offshore partnership from 2012 – 2016 to augment our mobile engineering and FOS report writer resources using a methodology of elastic demand. In addition, 2011-12 worked with IDC to augment FOS offshore resources core development.
