I have over 15 years of experience in different leadership positions. My first leadership role was as concertino for 8 years of the Wind and Percussion Ensembles “Lido Guarneri” and “Emil Friedman.” Then, at the age of 13, I was selected to assume the role of Harmony Conductor for my school’s Traditional Venezuelan Music Group, which was meant to be for seniors only. I held this position for 5 years, ensuring correct entries and tempo of the different components of the band while performing on stage. In addition, I have organized events for none-for-profit organizations such as: “Special Olympic Foundation Venezuela” and “Volunteers for Animals.” In the Special Olympic Foundation, I had the opportunity to work with people with disabilities or mentally challenged, by hosting competitions and acting as announcer during the different faces of the event. Which was a very fruitful experience, enhancing my communication and management skills.For the last 6 years, I have been working as a Senior Event Coordinator and Guest Developer in 1990 Entertainment, LLC assisting in the managing and coordinating of events in partnership with TAO Group, Madison Square Garden, and the Butter Group. Which allowed me to gain first hand experience and relevant skills that enriched my career path as a Business Management student at Pace University.Currently, I work at the Falconwood Corporation as a Project Manager. Working closely with Dr. Henry Jarecki and his many enterprises such as Psychogenics Inc., Guana Island and Norman Island in the BVI, Gresham Investment Management while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and guaranteeing the completion of short- and long-term goals.Some of my skills are web design, CSS, HTML, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, proficiency in Spanish and English, team-sports (water-polo and basketball), guest development, and public relationships.If you have a project or idea I can help with, please get in touch.
