Holleran Consulting is a leader in Senior Living research and business intelligence.Responsible for day-to-day operation of the Data Collection Center (including all, email, online and phone survey projects) to ensure adherence to project timelines with satisfactory response rates and the highest quality in the industry.Duties include:-Managed work flow of the Data Collection Center with a regular staff of seven and an additional seasonal staff of ten.-Developed and maintained data collection standards for all survey methodologies.-Responsible for identifying data collection improvements through technology advancements and process refinement. -Partnered with Client Relations team members to define project objectives and ensure data collection processes that met client needs. -Collaborated with Research Department to conduct timely, accurate, and efficient data collection that met the firm’s strict research standards.-Independently managed ongoing, real-time survey projects, including responsibility for customer contact and reporting.-Represented the perspective of our data collection center in leadership discussions about business strategy and staff development.-Contributed to various product development initiatives, leading to the design and implementation of several new core research and consulting products for the firm. -Survey Gizmo power user. Lead development and maintenance of online survey (via email, anonymous link, QR code) processes through knowledge and implementation of the Survey Gizmo platform.

Project Coordinator Best Western Hotels Account Responsible for the creation and management of locator maps, sheet maps, pad maps and brochure maps for Best Western Hotel properties throughout North America. Projects are finished on time, within budget and with the highest quality in the industry. Duties include:-Main day-to-day customer contact-Creation of new locator maps for website-Creation of sheet, pad and brochure maps for Best Western areas. -Updating existing sheet, pad and brochure maps.-Data cleansing.-Coordinating and working with third party advertising firm.-Coordinating and working with printer.-Providing printer with accurate and complete data for fulfillment.Project Coordinator AT&T Directory Account Responsible the yearly maintenance/edit cycle of an 800 page map set for 200 AT&T phone directories in thirteen states. Duties included:-Main day-to-day customer contact working with AT&T RMM’s and managers.-Collaborated with the AT&T graphics division on various projects.-Contacted various businesses and local, state and federal authorities to find the most current geographic information including digital, paper or on-line resources.-Used acquired sources to edit and update existing maps. -Worked with AT&T to identify when current maps needed to be adjusted or when new maps created to reflect geographic changes. Provided proposed layout for solutions.-Purchased and downloaded various platforms of GIS data. Manipulated this data in ArcGIS and other software so that it could be used in a Macintosh/Adobe format.-Managed a team of up to 4 cartographers and/or sub-contractors that worked on various stages of map editing and updating.-Worked with AT&T third party printers to deliver high quality print ready digital files on schedule. -Created various specialty maps such as cover maps, restaurant guide maps, golf guide maps and marketing maps.

Lead Cartographer, “GolfQuest: Special Edition Golf Course Guide”Responsible for maps, graphics and text in the Mapquest.com publication “Golfquest”, published in cooperation with the National Golf Foundation.Duties included:-Creation of nine maps for the featured golf destinations.-Creation of a 60-page atlas section highlighting places with various golf course rankings or characteristics.-Data cleansing of original database provided by the NGF.-Creation of a 63-page index section.-Assisted in research, text editing and layout of the book.Project Coordinator AT&T Directory AccountResponsible the yearly maintenance/edit cycle of an 800 page map set for 200 AT&T phone directories in thirteen states.Duties were same as at Spatial Graphics.Cartographic Coordinator Exxon Project AccountMapping program coordinator responsible for creating 400 maps placed in 8000 gas stations in 25 major cities throughout the United States.Duties included:-Creation of layouts to determine the best map coverage given material and costs constraints.-Production of a street-level map set for each of the 25 major cities. Map are placed on the wall of the station displaying the location of station, location of near by Exxon stations and the amenities available at each station.-Created a 1 page overview map for each major city that customers can take with them for navigation purposes.-Lead a team of 8 cartographers who assisted in the production of the maps.-Helped manage a database of gas station characteristics such as location coordinates, amenities, address, map specific information.-Traveled throughout the country meeting with field managers to verify station locations and database information.-Provided the database to third party printer who used the database to determine what maps to print, how many to print, and address location for fulfillment.-Assisted in scheduling and tracking costs to ensure maps were on time and within internal budget.
