• Assigned to the Global Banking segment, covering the following divisions: Multinationals, REG (Resource/Energy) and Corporate Sector Group (Infrastructure, Telecom, Foods, Animal Protein, Aviation).• Managing a sales team responsible for a the following products:• Import Finance products: Finimp, Forfaiting/DRAFT discount Import DCs .• Export Finance: Pre-payment, Export Credit Notes (NCE), Offshore Loan and (ACC/ACE).• Guarantees: International (SBLCs, Bid/Performance/Advanced Bond and Financials) and Domestic (BNDES, BM&F/Bovespa, Legal/Tax Disputes, Rental).

• Responsible for sales of Traditional and Structured Trade Finance.• Consultancy and sales support of goods and services for exchange and foreign trade (Trade Finance, Trade Service and Guarantees).

• Responsible for sales of International and Offshore accounts for exporters and offshore companies.• Structuring guarantees for trade finance operations through Escrow accounts and Trade Services: documental analysis, documentary Collection (Cash against Documents) and L/Cs.• Prospection, management, and maintenance of records for Large Corporate and Corporate clients in RJ e SP.• Regular client visits to map demands and identify new business opportunities.

• Responsible for “Trade and non Trade related” products. Import Finance: Finimp, Forfaiting, L/Cs and SBLCs. Export Finance: Pre-payment, Credit Notes (NCE), Proex, Offshore Loan (4131 Law) and (ACC/ACE).• Managing product portfolio, structuring and customizing operations according to clients demands, and defining contract “Terms & Conditions”.• Supporting commercial area in detecting offshore opportunities and formulating international structures.• Analysis of credit contract negotiations, as well as renegotiations of debt and intermediation of performance purchase in ballast commodity operations.

• Responsible for the relationship with national and international Banks in structuring trade finance products including FI Import and Export finance, Letter of Credit (emission & confirmation) and SBLC.• Managing, maintaining, and providing service for client records.• Prospecting new business opportunities, and supervising performance indicators.• Responsible for structuring international products with insurance deals along with Agent&Trust and funding quote sector (Treasury).• Structuring club deals and offshore loans with ECAs.

• Providing aid to Foreign Trade currency managers with: FI, Import Finance (Finimp), Pre-export Finance, Letter of Credit and SBLC.• Assisting Channel Finance managers with: K-giro, ADV, Vendor, Compror, Receivables & duplicate sign-off, performed market research.
