• Helped the team to fix a huge amount of issues. Started being on call 3 days per week, after 1 year we were on call once every 3 months. After 2 years we have only received 1 call in 1 year.
• Recruited 2 Software Engineers for the team and another 20 for the whole department of technology

• Created Merlino for Vodafone S.p.A. A Java Microservice with UI in Angular used by Vodafone to improve number of sales by dealers around Italy by 25%
• Created Enisectra for Eni S.p.A. A Java Microservice with UI in Angular used by Eni to track where employees are and where they need to travel. This was used to save 50 employees in 2011 during the Libyan civil war
• Guided 3 teams of around 5 mates in different projects (only from the technical point of view, not people management)
