As Senior VP with JLL - a Global leader in Commercial Real Estate Services and Investment Management - I served as Co-Partner heading the Tampa Industrial Services Group, responsible for Investor and Occupier Services for Central Florida.

As the only individual offered an executive position with the firm in conjunction with its acquisition of FORT Properties Management, Inc., responsible for oversight of the marketing, leasing, property management, acquisition/ disposition, financing, and investor communications for a 2-plus million square foot portfolio of eighteen industrial and suburban office buildings in nine U.S. markets; directly interfaced as SCG liaison with FORT's principals, investors and lenders.

Direct accountability for all activity and performance metrics of the commercial real estate portfolio for the private equity firm, including acquisition, disposition, marketing, leasing and investor communication/reporting• Interfaced directly with 119 investors with over $400M collectively invested• Engaged, supervised and directed local third party leasing and management teams for national portfolio• Acquired in excess of $250M of suburban office and industrial properties, which contributed to $300M in private investor offerings and sales• Successfully disposed of over $50M in industrial properties in 2010 maximizing recovery of investor equity

Responsible for portfolio leasing, build-to-suit development and expansion of the 17,000-acre mixed-use Alliance Texas program; initiated the Company's multi-facility endeavors with key customers, including Bell Helicopter/ Textron (6 facilities), General Mills (3) and LG Electronics (2); directed a four-person team in profitably leasing an owned portfolio exceeding 11 million square feet.

Originally with the National Development group based in Denver, was relocated to Atlanta with overall regional responsibility for Global Services/Account Management and Corporate Distribution Facility (Build-to-Suit) Development; included several National account relationships in strategic network optimization of facilities--both existing inventory and new building development.• Identified and developed successful multi-market vertical relationships with major global companies, including: GM, Home Depot, KonicaMinolta, Anixter and EGL Global Logistics, improving client supply chain efficiency and portfolio optimization• Directly negotiated over 6 million square feet of Build-to-Suit leases• Designed and implemented "fee development" program that resulted in substantial incremental net income in first year• Defined the prototype for the joint Account/Relationship Manager and Negotiator roles which had previously been separate functions

Accountable for all marketing, leasing and new business in Tampa Bay Area/Florida• Created and fully implemented 3rd party management/business development program• Directed growth of portfolio from one, 500,000 square foot facility to over 20 assets and 3.3 million square feet• Completed in excess of 2 million square feet of leasing, including successful renegotiation of (then) Tampa HQ of Nations Bank and its key service providers• Established inaugural Investment/Disposition "team", resulting in significant recovery of 3rd party institutional capital and EVA.
