Architect with 20+ years of experience in Architectural Design, Project and Design Management and business development. Throughout my career, My particular expertise is in the design of Retail, high-rise hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects. The architectural management of projects in an escalating construction and design career. At present, I have been involved in the design and development of the new Guadalajara Airport in Mexico, a 155,000 m2 Terminal for the city of Guadalajara. This project involves master planning, redevelopment of part of the existing airport as well as designing and coordinating the brand-new Terminal. Previously I was involved in the design and development of an 18-unit high end apartment complex in Auralnd Norway. This project included master planning design and Construction of 30,000 sf parcel in the fjord area of Flåm. Previously in Qatar, I was the project Architect / Design manager at the new Education City projects in Doha, a multimillion-dollar project involving the design and construction of major Educational and research facilities for American and British Universities in Doha. I have also been thoroughly involved in mixed use projects like the Al Mashtal complex in Abu Dhabi which include high rise residential, commercial and high-rise office space. These projects range from the conceptual design all through the tender documentation. Prior to moving to the Middle East I was the project Architect for the new Sheraton Hotel in downtown Phoenix Arizona, the new Miami International Airport project and the new Federal courthouse-building in downtown Miami. During this time, I had the opportunity to participate in several facets of the project, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents interacting directly with clients and contractors. As an Italian Architect, my background is strongly international, as I have lived in 4 countries throughout Europe and America, and I speak four languages fluently. I also believe that my ability to integrate into various cultures as well as my design and construction experience is a strong asset that I can bring into the company.
