As a Customer Service Representative, I represented iiNet as the first point of contact and each day provided awesome customer service to our customers. Starting in Billing and Support I helped our customers with a wide variety of issues (Including Billing/Invoice queries, troubleshooting internet / modem setups and email issues).In August 2015, I moved into our Faults specialist team. My responsibilities included:• Case Managing 150 faults day to day, ensuring appropriate action is taken• Answering technician calls to further test/diagnose services• Maintain and produce internal documentation• Driving process improvement• Identify outages and liaise our network operations center and with the appropriate wholesaler to resolve the issue.• Providing internal support - Answering questions and providing coaching to help representatives with issues they encounter day to day • Review and submit wholesale technical support/billing disputes
