Paul Letson, a managing consultant at Gallup, is responsible for aligning his clients’ business strategies to people strategies by accelerating employee performance and advancing customer engagement. For the past 13 years, Letson has led project teams, creating sustainable approaches and interventions that enable individual employees and teams to do their best work. He partners with senior researchers and subject matter experts across the globe to incubate and innovate Gallup’s perspectives, translating to solutions for the most pressing workplace opportunities.Letson’s mission is to create measurable improvements in key performance indicators such as improved profitability, retention of organizational talent, improved employee engagement and improved customer engagement for his clients.
