  Regional Finance Director, Lee Enterprises (Lee Enterprises is a leading provider of local news and information, and a major platform for advertising, with daily newspapers, rapidly-growing digital products, marketing services, innovative technology and nearly 350 weekly and specialty publications serving 77 markets in 26 states.) Duties include: analyzation and interpretation of financial results for the Lincoln and Missoula Strategic Business Units, predicting results through report and trend analysis, creation of new reports to allow managers to better understand past performance and predict future performance, preparation of Plan, Best Estimates, Plan to Make Plan, Weekly flash reports for local publishers, group publishers and Lee corporate, and participation in internal and external audits. As well as communicating with the Lee corporate staff, Central Finance Center, and Regional Finance Centers, and other Regional Finance Directors within Lee. Recently assisted in the setup and implementation of the Lincoln Regional Finance Center as Lee transitioned to the consolidated structure. Overseeing 6 direct reports with a staff of 25 employees. Software used included Infinium, SBS, Domo, Phoenix, APT, and Microsoft Office.
