Awarded multiple patents in this area.• Initiated and directed a water technology division through selective acquisition, technology licensing as well as development of new technologies that generated more than $100M in revenue based on advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), acoustic leak detection and pipe condition assessment, remote pressure monitoring and control, remote water quality monitoring and control, and remote valve operation.• Created a multiyear IT strategy that, under the auspices of executive governance, upgraded all servers, phones, networking equipment and systems, including new ERP, CRM, PLM, BI, HRMS, along with manufacturing and supply-chain planning and execution systems.• Reported to the Board of Directors’ Audit Committee; led the organization through vastly improved IT general controls, SOX compliance and comprehensive cybersecurity improvements.

Established an effective governance process to meet business goals.• Deployed world-class business systems across the U.S., Europe, Japan, China, Australia and Latin America. These systems included ERP, CRM, SCP, PLM, HRMS, ECM, MES, BI, POS, e-commerce and financial systems.• Implemented web-based contract manufacturing, distribution and inventory control systems in other Asian, Middle Eastern, Sub-Sahara African and Eastern European operations.• Rapidly achieved SOX compliance by implementing robust tracking and control system. Remediated all Y2K issues.• As a member of the executive team, orchestrated a 60% increase in revenues and 400% increase in EBIT through improved customer service, channel management and operating efficiencies.• Increased electronic commerce resulting in improved service, better relationships and $2M in annual savings.• Vastly expanded supply-chain planning, direct store delivery (DSD) optimization and manufacturing execution systems; new systems achieved $2M/year in inventory reductions.• Pioneered the company’s first virtual private network that saved $3M annually and the first internet/intranet sites to improve business collaboration, risk management and consumer education/retention.• Integrated orders, invoices, forecasts, trade planning and customer profitability into a widely used sales analysis and business/financial management system/portal.• Actively managed the consolidation of multiple data centers into a single hardened and redundant site while establishing the first wide area network to more than 100 locations.• Created the company’s first website - Butterball Turkey, which is still one of the busiest domestic sites each November.
