I am the founder and managing director of Postlethwaite, an employee owned legal practice specialising in employee share schemes and employee ownership. We have four experienced lawyers in our team, all of whom worked as partners or senior lawyers in national or international corporate law firms.I have over twenty five years' experience of helping private and listed companies design, implement and run employee share ownership and incentive schemes. My personal experience includes structuring several successful employee buyouts (including both private and public sector bodies), creating employee ownership trusts and ESOPs, helping a diverse range of private and listed companies create employee share schemes and advising on the share scheme taxation and legal issues which arise in a variety of corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and flotations.
