• Worked side-by-side with nationally renowned chef, Susan Feniger; serving as part of small opening team.
• Played a key role in opening a progressive-cuisine restaurant; establishing back-of-the-house protocol, policies, procedures, and systems leveraging industry best practices to build a solid foundation for growth.

• Worked side-by-side with globally renowned Wolfgang Puck and David Robbins; serving as a key member of the opening team; co-establishing Standard Operating Protocol (SOPs), procedures, and systems for the restaurant.
• Appointed as Head Expeditor; liaising between back-of-the-house and 15-member server/food runner staff to ensure consistent quality, timeliness, and accuracy in meal delivery.
