Responsible for delivering high impact, high visibility projects while ensuring customer needs are exceeded. Executive level reporting for key accounts that were in jeopardy.

► Oversaw all aspects of organizational human resources processes and requirements including hiring, benefits, payroll, evaluations, disciplinary actions and regulatory compliance.► Designed and implemented a comprehensive Human Resources Information System that streamlined multiple HR functions and improved the overall organization of internal systems.► Integrated a paperless time off request process with the payroll system to increase efficiency and quality assurance.► Boosted the onboarding process by developing a web-based program that provided a more user-friendly experience.► Built an Open Enrollment Module to expedite the processing of annual online benefits activities.► Steered the redefining of all job descriptions for new and existing positions. ► Negotiated and managed external agreements and vendors.
