I am Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for Capital Trust Home Mortgage Corp in Muncie, Indiana. As a lifelong resident of Muncie, I graduated from Muncie Northside High School, and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education in 1987 from Ball State University. My wife Leann is a team leader at Hillcroft Services working with special needs clients in the community. Our son Bryce recently graduated from Ball State University and is currently a Math Teacher and Coach at Avon High School in Avon, IN. Our daughter, Rachel, is currently a Senior at Indiana University in Bloomington, and is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. My hobbies include spending time at our lake home on Tippy Lake in North Webster, IN. In addition, I also enjoy fishing, bowling, golfing, and spending time at a local baseball diamond in Muncie as a Board Member for a traveling baseball team. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1997 and have expertise in Government Loans such as FHA, VA and USDA Loans. On top of that, I enjoy going to closings for my clients, and hearing how excited they are about their new home.
