Robert has found success in multiple management positions at O'Reilly Auto Parts, the Sonoma County Event Center, at Sonoma State, and Bobby’s Pit Stop. Each position he has held has aided Robert in developing his management and entrepreneurship skills. At Sonoma State, Robert worked on two service learning projects with two local businesses; he worked on launch preprations for Meraki (an online clothing company) that included a consumer analysis, industry and competitor analysis, financial budgeting, marketing schedule, and post launch plan all leading toward the launch date on May 1st. The second business is the Sonoma County Art Trails in which he analyzed the company with a team to build a marketing campaign to pitch to the North Bay Business Journal and provided consultating on their business plan.Robert has a powerful family background and strong core values that give him a very personal feel while also maintaining a professional attitude.Robert loves Circle dirt track racing and has been a competitive driver in multiple series (or classes) since the age of 12.
