I am currently a sophomore at the University of Texas at Dallas pursuing a degree in healthcare management. Before college, I tried my hand at a leadership position at Chick-fil-A and spent most of my high school education and summers learning more about maintaining professionality within a younger team and collaborating to not only meet our consumer's standards but go above them. My previous coworkers have often described me as supportive and collaborative as I frequently assisted them in learning more about interactions with guests at our store and the system we used to organize the restaurant. Connecting with others is very important to me as I believe that healthy interactions with individuals are extremely influential to a person's outlook on a worker, company, etc. I feel that no matter what kind of organization you're involved in, your ideas and goals are both represented in the way you speak to others.My goals for the future are to build an efficient and respectful workplace with coworkers and to reach a leadership position. I also plan on joining a few organizations on campus and interacting with/serving the community around me. My parents, grandparents, and aunt & uncle have all been very influential in my life and have encouraged me to work hard enough to help the people who need it. To me, this means creating an environment where the people I interact with aren't intimidated to socialize with me. Whether it be in the workplace or on campus I hope you will feel comfortable with a little support from me!
