Working with a diverse set of clients, I presented creative design solutions from initial sketches to final execution to Owner/Founders, CEOs, Creative Directors, Heads of Brand and Marketing.Project Highlights• Concepted, produced and installed Thameen’s Christmas visual merchandising scheme which was part of their first fully integrated campaign. This led to Thameen selling more than any other beauty brand in Selfridges history (Christmas 2018). • Redesign of the Marie-Chantal ecommerce site, the up-lift in sales was +175% when launched. Reporting into the Head of Brand and CEO, I led the entire creative team, freelancers and third party suppliers. Setting creative tone and direction for all imagery, ensuring it is inspiring, informative and meets commercial requirements whilst delivering objectives originally set out by Product Design and Marketing teams𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬• Delivered a directional and market appropriate Christmas campaign working with a small budget which didn’t allow a location shoot. The team still managed to create the required look that was fresh and contemporary.• Art Directed the Spring/Summer photoshoot which was shot in the Bahamas. I also shot additional still life imagery which was used across social channels. • Improved the efficiency of window sign offs to ensure whole messaging was aligned through all channels. Influenced senior stakeholders to ensure that a full window with all props, POS and associated graphics were in place and this enabled the team to start working in advance with fewer sign off changes.

Headed up the Visual Merchandising team with two direct reports. Reported to the Country Manager and CEO.𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 • Design lead on the senior management team which opened four standalone Godiva stores in the UK in 2017 including the new café concept with a global roll out.• Strong global commercial results for all seasonal launches for Godiva in 2017, closing above Annual Operating Plan.
