Educate business development team on key points of the proposal and highlight any unique conditions that are noteworthy to the installer. Assisting with other accounts including HSBC and Montefiore.Planning and Preparation – Request quotes from installers, perform site surveys, order conceptual art, estimates and engineering, order product, coordinate schedules and product delivery. Production – Design product through site surveys, customer designs and input from production department and installer. Maintain consistency between the conceptual art, estimates, engineering and instructions for our production team. Ensure a timely delivery. Execution – Coordinate scopes of work with customer and vendors, including dates, times and work description. Perform pre-install meetings. Be on call during installation, work through problems with vendor and provide continuous updates to the client. Administrative – Provide 4 month billing outlook, quotes, purchase orders and change orders, customer invoice, payment monitoring and continuous updates on margins, billing goals, and financial outlook to our executive team.
