AirLaunch was an aerospace firm that provided innovative launch solutions, research, and development for new space initiatives, funded under the DARPA / USAF Falcon SLV Programs. I acted as primary interface to the client and worked directly with the CFO and COO to execute many logistics, operational & financial tasks to find cost-effective, streamlined solutions to group travel, web media, and various IT needs.•Lead on logistics, coordination, and purchasing for all company travel.•Operated IT, office, and technical purchasing; Ran all company expense tasks.•Organized and ran several cross-business, security-sensitive events.•Ran costing models for and managed multi-million dollar budgets in several company programs.•Transformed security by implementing and maintaining an encrypted database, email system, and voice-over IP system, increasing our security rating and reducing yearly operating costs by $50,000.

The 10th anniversary would tour of ‘Rent’ is one of the first Broadway productions to have toured throughout Asia. As Company Manager, I was in charge of coordinating and completing all facets of the preparation, execution, and reconciliation of the tour, ranging from all travel logistics to personnel management, travel documents, equipment carnets, tech rider compliance, client communications and financial tasks such as payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and all expense reimbursement.•Composed travel documents, production contracts, producer agreements, and the Technical Rider.•Processed all royalties, accounts receivable and payable for the production.•Arranged housing, travel plans, and international business documents for a company of 40.•Acted as international liaison between the producers and the local Asian clients.•Transformed a problematic production schedule by building a second set, saving the company over $1,000,000 in imminent performance cancellations and damages.
