CurrentPACE Project Management, Inc. is an “Owner’s Project Manager” in Preconstruction and Construction that is presently engaged with three primary clients. Shaker is the direct contact for all project related development, design, preconstruction, construction and post construction responsibilities overseeing the flow of operations for their clients and directs the performance of architect, contractor and vendor work. Our clients include:Stop & Shop Supermarkets Citizens Union Savings Bank AD Makepeace Co Brewster Thornton Architect William Starck Architects Several important operation duties include:• Manages the Owner’s Contract• Manages the Owner’s architects• Controls change management operation for the Owner• Approves all development activities, program and project schedules• Prepare special contract language for insertion into the Owner Contractor Agreement, when applicable• Controls the Application for Payment process for the Owner• Manages quality control initiative by the contractor for the owner
