Responsible for the development and oversight of a compliance and ethics program designed to manage risk and prevent violations of legal guidelines, regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies. Oversees the full life cycle of CSD's contracts and ensures contractual obligations and requirements are met. Provides risk management advice to internal CSD operational unit on a day-to-day basis.

Identify and prepare proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and submitting completed proposals for consideration. Act as the senior copywriter on the National Programs team and support the National Programs social media and online marketing presence through all CSD channels. Support the development and implementation of social awareness and crowdfunding campaigns for CSD's state programs and international expansion efforts.

-Perform the following duties in support of the University’s Sixth Street development project: executing the communications plan, developing strategies to collect and organize feedback from multiple stakeholders, organizing a campus-wide outreach event, leading research efforts for a new Innovation Lab, and participating in focus group discussions.-Assist with University community relations initiatives, including corresponding with community members and facilitating the ‘Gallaudet Connections’ program, and collaborating with local businesses in efforts to strengthen the university’s relationship with local stakeholders-Develop and monitor content for the department’s website using Ingeniux content management systems (CMS)-Led a comprehensive business case analysis of a University video relay interpreting initiative, including an evaluation of the pilot program, a feasibility study, financial projections, market analysis, and an operation and marketing plan
