• I was responsible for the implementation, administration and improvement of the 4 Saipem do Brasil data centers, taking care of the entire IT and telecom infrastructure (servers, storage storage, backup devices, data network equipment, telephony and telecom, 2 thousand users internal services and Internet Infrastructure), development of implementation and improvement projects, administration of service provider contracts related to IT and Telecom infrastructure, information security, participation in internal and external audits, administration of “change processes” , incident management and patch deployment following the required governance and compliance processes. • Participated and developed data center deployment and update projects in private and hybrid cloud computing environments, defining project steps, goals and results in collaboration with our international team for successful completion, operating within scope, budget and commitments schedule.• Implemented the scheduling of physical and virtual meeting rooms through the email system of Saipem do Brasil, facilitating the scheduling and management of the rooms directly through Outlook, through Exchange server functionalities.• Designed projects for the implementation of new sites / data centers for Saipem do Brasil with subsequent administration of servers and storage (Dell and HPE) ISCSI, NFS and FC. I wrote, implemented and managed policies and processes related to backup and disaster recovery plans, using tape library devices, services and third party software.• Managed domain services and integrations with MS Exchange, multiple file servers (NTFS group security in shared areas, Shadow Copies policies) on land, drilling and vessel sites.• I was a reference for the IT team at Saipem do Brasil, supporting them and assisting them in solving complex problems.

• Level 2 support for internal service users, offering support with day-to-day problems (computers, printers, etc.) and for the IT team, helping them to solve problems with a high degree of complexity. During this period, I was already a backup operator and administrator of Saipem do Brasil's IT and Telecom infrastructure.
