- Six Sigma Black Belt, Design for Six Sigma Black Belt. - Implement process/design changes to improve process capability, product yield, and cost.- Develop analysis tools to aide in process management, problem detection, and resolution.- Concepted and co-developed software techniques with SAS to manage the various process families, focusing on process capability and addressing process drifts before they become a problem. These same tools are used to pinpoint the location of a process disruption quickly.- Responsible for test pattern development, defining electrical tests, and binning of parametrics to insure quality parts are produced.- Developed test structures which give electrical feedback to metal step coverages, dielectric thickness, and film planarity.- Introduce new products & processes into the fab, define matrix lots, and manage the timely completion of engineering material.- Developed a patented Self Aligned CrSi process that substantially reduces the area required for layout and is accomplished with a simpler process. This new CrSi process currently produces sheet resistances of 1300 ohm/sq (<-250 ppm/C) or 40,000 ohm/sq (< -1800 ppm/C).- Developed a 2 ohm/sq WSi Poly Silicide process for production.- Developed a self-aligned EPROM process sequence and 6 layer stack etch.- Responsible for any downstream customer issues related to the process, and primary resource contact for process engineers, product engineers, and designers.
