• During my tenure as Bud Clark Commons' RCSC, I served vulnerable Portlanders experiencing chronic houselessness. My responsibilities included:
• Collaborating with community partners including Bridges Collaborative Care Clinic, Lift Urban Pantry, Meals on Wheels, Multnomah County Health Department, OHSU and Outside In to provide support and harm reduction.
• Supporting Resident Specialists with training, problem-solving, break coverage, developing pro-social activities and de-escalating emergent crises.
• Securing grants with an equity focus, including nearly $10,000 in Metro Regional Refresh funds.
• Assessing resident needs and advocating to fill service gaps.
• Facilitating social events, mediating conflicts, and fostering resident self-advocacy to build community.

• Revised Community Services' Policy & Procedures Manual with a focus on equity and Anti-Oppressive Practice in collaboration with department leadership. A Racial Equity Impact Assessment was conducted to ensure proposed.
• Supported Home Forward’s Director of Policy and Planning on internal and external policy goals, including analysis of national Moving to Work agency programs and Home Forward's Section 8 Administrative Plan.
• Collaborated with Home Forward residents, Community Services leadership and the design and consulting firm Ideas42 to reimagine new resident welcoming procedures.
• Began serving on Bridges Collaborative Care Clinic’s Board of Directors as Home Forward's agency representative. BCCC is a free, student-run clinic that provides health and social services that are participant-centered.
