I am an attorney in the law firm of Rhoades Levy Law Group P.C. I focus my practice in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate law, loan transactions and advising and counseling business clients as their outside general counsel. I represent individuals, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and banks in negotiating and closing modest to multi-million dollar transactions involving commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions of businesses, and commercial and real estate loans. Specialties: Since the Supreme Court of Illinois does not recognize certification of specialties in the practice of law, I do not hold myself out as a specialist. However, I concentrate my practice of law in the areas of business law, real estate law and banking transactions.
