In this role with the Reynolds organization my knowledge of design, construction and management is being focused in new ways to support the success of Real Estate efforts of the organization.Signature Homes & Design StudioDaily I work with real estate agents and prospective buyers to evaluate lot & house placement & orientation, assist clients in portfolio plan selection, provide building clients with creative concepts & solutions, coordinate architectural & engineering services, coordinate Architectural Review Board (ARB) submittals, participate in Architectural Review Board (ARB) meetings: project presentation, review & voting and provide general project oversight as needed for the client projects.Non-client related task includes: creation of new product concepts, coordinate architectural & engineering services, manage construction specification, manage Design Studio, assist with selection of finishes, manage construction budgets & cost and provide general project oversight to single family homes & cottages speculative projects being built within the properties of Reynolds Lake Oconee. Additionally and as needed, I provide oversight to other non-housing amenity style related projects completed by or for the company.

These LCAs include a variety of amenities such as pools, tennis courts, pavilions, walking trails, docks & lake access area. In this role I review & approve LCA operating budget, general financials and special project budgets. Hold and chair as needed LCA meetings with property owners.
