I was responsible for field operations processes like network maintenance (HE/HUB & line network), installations, truck rolls, audit & quality and supply chain logistics & planning. I was also in charge of vendor management for partners co-operating with T&I department.

I was accountable for customer/field operations for combined networks (after acquisition of Aster company), and Logistics Department including co-operation with TRR and LSP partners. Main accomplishments: 100% outsourcing of execution of truck rolls, integration of Aster operational processes with UPC ones.

I was responsible for installations, customer service at subscriber’s premises, quality control, in-house network audit and customer care & sales offices (27 locations in Poland with almost 20% share in sales).

My responsibility was covering operational & delivery readiness, vendor management, pre-sales support, and services products for MV SPOC deals in the region. I supported big multi-vendor projects, e.g. for British Telecom Global Services. I also worked on setting up newly established team, creating processes, and interfaces with both internal and external.

I was in charge of Technical Support Services department, which was providing maintenance services to customers in Poland and CEE region. In last 12 months of this period, in addition to my regular duties, I supported pre-sales phase of 2 big multi-vendor outsourcing projects in maintenance domain acting as operations and delivery lead.

I was managing team of over 90 people located in Poland, Russia, Ukraine, and Czech Republic, which was providing maintenance and repair services for own solutions as well as 3rd party products.
