• JetAdvice to OneStop Transition - Transitioned our MPS customers from our old monitoring tool to our new one. This involved setting up every customer anew on OneStop. Distributing a new data collector to each customer.
• Asset Tag Implementation - As part of a small team we implemented a new asset tag system for each of our print devices, 4,500+. The tags included a number and QR code that could be used by customers and engineers.
• Backend Database Management – Maintaining the databases for the for the OneStop printer monitoring tool and the Asset tag data.
• Stats Preparation – The preparation of all MPS customer print statistics. These are prepared monthly and distributed to each customer.
• Customer Billing – As part of the printer stats, the chargeable clicks per month are calculated and provided to our finance team to bill the customer. Customer excess bills are also calculated based on printer usage.
• QBR Preparation - Preparation of customer printer / user statistics for billing/QBR/analysis purposes.

• Sourced and provided printer/server/computer parts and consumables from suppliers in a timely manner.
• Sales Support - Quoting and purchasing parts and services for customers on a chargeable basis where they were not covered by a contract.
• Built up relevant customer relationships so as to ensure customer satisfaction was maintained.
• Ensured the best pricing and lead times were used when purchasing part and consumables, thus ensuring the set budget was adhered to.
• Produced daily reports including the Pit Report and Escalation Report.
• Performed a weekly conference call with one of our primary customers, updating upper management with the latest updates and resolutions for all open printer calls.
