As a design director and strategic leader, I direct the planning, designing, and visioning of systems and present product design in front of the company's senior executives and business management. Additionally, I conduct extensive research work across IBM Software, Ecosystem and Research business units in areas spanning Partner Programs, Cloud Paks, AI Risk, Agent Assist, semiconductor design automation, low-code AI pipelines, OOTB semantic models for industry assets, and privacy-guaranteed synthetic data service. While creating a new commerce system for partners to utilize the experience of IBM entitlements and billing, I add a unique partner experience and allow them to test out software, such as Operators, Helm, RHEL, and SaaS, as well as negotiate customer pricing and term agreements.Key Accomplishments: ► Created single cohesive experience for all IBM partners (down from 12+).► Increased Red Hat Marketplace sales quarter to quarter by end of first-year record with $120M and secured 75% deals as net-new customers to IBM► Drove improvement in strategies by hosting 30 mixed method user studies with more than 500 global users► Cooperated with IBM corporate strategy team to lead and manage two parallel programs, such as IBM Organic Growth Ventures and Strategic Portfolio Management. ► Consulted with SVPs to approve approach and redirected 350 people to deliver projects in alignment with technical vision. ► Organized multidisciplinary design team and established the framework for collaboration between product management and development while guiding the designers on accurate initial deliverables.► Iterated and hosted 88 co-creation workshops and engaged more than 145 users on 11 mixed method research studies to deliver one to two products to market each year by training UX teams for implementation of design methods and providing design assistance to conceptual incubator products.
