In 2021, I took on a new role in Learning & Organizational Development at ECU. In this role, I define, create and manage strategies for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development, leadership development and continuous learning for all employees. Over the last year, we've doubled our monthly learning output and begun leveraging our learning partners and their content to support our mission here at ECU. Over the 2022-2023 academic year, we'll be working on a new Supervisor Development Initiative for our burgeoning leaders here at ECU, as well as preparing our learning management systems to provide new reporting functions and leverage new technology towards our ultimate goal of building the best team in the region.
