Equality Florida is the state's largest LGBTQ+ advocacy and education organization. I served as the first-ever program lead for the planned giving program, creating a sustainable path to equity and inclusion for Florida's LGBTQ+ community. Grew membership by 40% in 3 years. Retention rate > 99%. Created and executed strategies for prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. Collaborated with regional development managers, including managing 8 annual recruiting/stewardship events annually. Researched, chose and implemented donor wealth screening tool. Authored development policies and documented best practices.

WSS (now Project SAGE) is Northwest Connecticut's domestic violence agency. I was the agency's lead for its inaugural Boys + Men Initiative, a domestic violence prevention strategy. Designed and implemented community awareness and education programs aimed at achieving a coordinated community response to DV from regional stakeholders. Co-developed and delivered comprehensive prevention curricula to middle school and high school youth in public and private schools. Developed and implemented agency's inaugural Boys + Men Initiative, identifying and adapting four best-practice-based curricula, running pilot program in three schools, and marketing program to public and private schools and community organizations. Collaborated with agency team members to deliver client services.

This boutique consultancy firm I founded worked across, up and down organizational management of global enterprises to identify and address environmental and sustainability.• Completing a complex “value chain” greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory for U.S.-based apparel/fashion house based on GHG Protocol Initiative Value Chain Standard and covering over 100+ impact sources and generating ~1,000 data points, validated by third-party methodology assurance opinion.• Conducting first-ever external review of US$2bn apparel company's supply chain human rights compliance protocol/practices across 15 manufacturing locations in Asia; drafted disclosure required by California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 and provided recommendations for five policy updates and 100% increase in resource allocation.• Creating a comprehensive sustainable procurement policy protocol for 2 business units of Fortune 250 food and beverage company. Presented management with 4 key reasons to increase budget by 50% to meet 24-month implementation time frame adopted by client. Trained 10 key company personnel in protocol elements. Wrote supporting documentation.• Conducting a 6-dimension baseline sustainability analysis for top-five North American third-party logistics provider, based on data interpretation, 10 site visits,15 interviews and internal document reviews; provided prioritized list of 10 key action items to reduce risk and meet compliance mandates.- Designing and authoring a suite of 10+ sustainability "toolboxes"​ for a leading US university's sustainability institute, providing innovative approach to communicate substantive and process issues to 500+ stakeholders.
