WSS (now Project SAGE) is Northwest Connecticut's domestic violence agency. I was the agency's lead for its inaugural Boys + Men Initiative, a domestic violence prevention strategy. Co-developed and delivered comprehensive prevention curricula to middle school and high school youth in public and private schools. Presented management with 4 key reasons to increase budget by 50% to meet 24-month implementation time frame adopted by client. Trained 10 key company personnel in protocol elements.
