This Included working with Product Owners to Identify and organize customer requirements Into Feature/User Stories for the teams to work. Worked with and trained the team as they adopted Azure data platforms and SnowFlake. Worked with the team’s management as they reorganized their offerings from a project focused approach to Data Products, defining what a data product would be and helping organize the current offerings into this new structure.• Worked with the top running shoe manufacture to migrate their legacy data warehouse to an AWS Snowflake implementation improving ETL times and increasing Analytical functionality.• Worked with T-Mobile leading development teams to monitor and improve the data quality of their reporting systems.

I developed a governance program and built a SharePoint 2013 based intranet serving 7 business groups for over 1000 business users. The system provides collaboration functionality, serves as cross-group knowledge centers and request ticket system. Over the course of this effort I implemented a K2 forms and workflow management system for content management.

Working with an extremely talented design team I created user friendly SharePoint solutions. These solutions were designed directly with the end user and manager to ensure the business value. I worked with clients to understand their business needs, mapping those needs to technical solutions. I then built teams to deliver those solutions coordinating all aspects of the software delivery life cycle including requirement documentation, design and planning, code and test reviews, and schedule management.FedEx – Created a Program management site to socialize the various programs in the enterprise.BAE – Created an O365/Prem hybrid SharePoint intranet.Danaher – Created a training management platform for the enterprise.Banfield – Designed a collaboration and communication platform for the veterinary clinics.
