Taking a step back from management, I chose to tackle a more technical role providing engineering support for the Western Canada team. This included learning to perform Arc Flash studies using EasyPower software. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the job was to provide training sessions to customers on Arc Flash and CSA standard Z462 – Workplace.
