The expectation upon the Intern is to learn the rudimentary steps of becoming a valuable asset within any business entity. One can be quite taken aback by their first experience of a professional environment but fortunately MBSL life is one to which you can easily adapt. Given the economic retrogradation being experienced in Ireland as the first decade of the twenty-first century draws to a close, much of the large business entities and MNEs have withdrawn from the Intensive Training (Intra) program leaving many students with little choice but to continue on to their final year and eventual graduation without any tangible time spent in a professional environment. As a consequence many of these students will possibly walk into a life long career with little knowledge of how to hit the the ground running in a professional setting.MBSL has been a part of the Intra program for over a decade and ,having made several processes an integral part of the Intern's placement, has signalled its longterm investment in the program and the future of budding business professionals.
