* Career Consultant to approx 300 clients (at all levels up to and including Senior Management) providing career management and development advice using guidance, counselling techniques, coaching and advisory skills to assist clients to clarify and achieve career goals. * Facilitate outplacement workshops on a regular basis to groups of up to 18 enabling clients to identify and evaluate skills and qualities, develop CVs, research the job market, network and practice interview techniques.* Creation of a Learning & Information Hub on CTP intranet to help promote the sharing of knowledge throughout the organisation and create a central location for resources. * Programme lead for the Delivery Skills Programme creating and delivering a suite of learning activities both face to face, virtual and on-demand to a staff of up to 50.* Worked collaboratively with a small project team of other consultants, Regional Managers and the Head of Transition within CTP to successfully deliver the roll out of the new 3 day flagship training programme for service leavers. Refreshed old material, created new content and flow, revised learning outcomes and more structured opportunities for self-reflection. • Worked with young offenders at HMP Feltham YOI, providing 1-1 advice and guidance with aim of helping them to realise potential and developing skills along with networking with employers and other support agencies with aim of providing suitable employment/training opportunities on release.

• Devised and implemented a range of policies for Amber Foundation in preparation for Investors in People accreditation including recruitment and selection (devising and producing an application form template), induction (creation of induction programme covering first month of employment), appraisal (introduced system of 6 monthly appraisals for 60 staff at all levels from administration up to management) and grievance and disciplinary procedures (liaison with ACAS to create formal grievance and disciplinary procedure).

• Solely responsible for the adoption of all HR policies and procedures for a bank of temporary staff (approx. 70) in light of Fixed Term Employees’ (Prevention of less favourable treatment) regulations 2002 including salaries and pensions, recruitment, and maternity entitlements.• Formulated a structured salary grading structure for a team of 30 based in Liberia in consultancy role, liaising with heads of other NGOs in order to gain information on local salaries and benefits resulting in a fair and reasonable salary structure in relation to other agencies in the region.• Recruitment and selection of permanent staff in UK head office for Tearfund (placing of job advertisements, short-listing with management, and interviewing)• Managed the recruitment process (including advertising, short-listing and interviewing) for a team of 30 national and ex pat staff in Liberia on an emergency food distribution and water/sanitation programme. Successfully managed to recruit a team in a three week period including the key role of Project Manager.
